Redhouse Park

"peace, quiet and tranquillity for the over 50's"

Redhouse Park has a permanent licence, issued by Doncaster M.B.C., for 60 residential Park

Homes.

The development provides underground services to include telephone, electricity, propane gas and water to each plot, and occupies some 4 acres in total. A further 4 acres of adjacent grassland provides a pleasant backdrop.

The owners are members of the BH & HPA trade Association and enjoy an excellent relationship with the parks own Residents Association.

Prospective residents must be 50+ years of age, children are not allowed to reside on the park and dogs are permitted only at the discretion of the owners.

Park security includes a barrier at the entrance which is operated by individual key fobs, and closed circuit TV monitors vehicles entering and leaving the park.
There is provision for the parking of up to 60 cars, and additional parking for visitors. For those without transport there is a bus service to Doncaster with the stop immediately outside the entrance.

The park is rurally situated with Doncaster being 9 miles distant, Thorne 4 miles North and Hatfield just 2 miles down the road. Hatfield provides for most needs in having a Post Office, Doctor's Surgery and a late night store. There is local access to the motorway network via junction 5 of the M18, and the Robin Hood Airport is approx 5 miles South in the direction of Bawtry.
